Accomplishments: Brand management of Enyce, an urban streetwear brand owned by Sean Combs Enterprises alongside Sean John. Managing brand identity, strategy, and marketing with the goal of growing affinity from consumers and driving sales.
Marketing and Creative Services: Interfacing with marketing and creative departments to ensure brand objectives are met through in-store signage and fixtures, photo shoots, digital marketing, social media, partnerships with music artists and DJ’s.
Business management: Calculating short term and long term financial progress. Identifying business challenges and opportunities.

Accomplishments: Responsible for overall marketing and business planning for the iconic brand known for surf and beach lifestyle, reporting directly to the CEO.
Challenged with driving the brand in two different market tiers, Hang Ten for mass and Hang Ten Gold for high-end. Ensured that the product and marketing were distinct enough for a clear differentiation.
Set up the brand to have a projected $30Million in additional sales spread across 5 years.


XLarge Clothing, Marketing and Brand Director
Accomplishments: Asked to create consumer demand and reverence, similar to what was accomplished for Future Relic and what XLarge was able to enjoy in their early years.
Created and implemented brand strategies, driving the brand’s growth and equity. Sales increased 30% the first year of employment and consistently each following year at wholesale and with shop-in-shops and 15 stand alone shops worldwide.
Strategically analyzed brand and business objectives for both niche and mass markets for various international markets then effectively communicated these objectives to partners in Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, and Taiwan.


Future Relic, Co-­Founder and Principal
Accomplishments: Owned and operated an independent fashion and design brand that specialized in men’s streetwear apparel that were available in exclusive boutiques, department stores, museums, and other fine shops across the globe.
Responsible for creating brand vision, position and strategic direction through company­wide brand leadership, pairing a clear vision and unique consumer insight to align annual brand sales, product and marketing plans.
Profitable within 6 months in market. Within 2 years had distributors, sales reps, and market exposure domestically and globally in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Establishing the brand as a leader and trendsetter in the new burgeoning streetwear market.
