My work in the non-profit world has provided me with a keen understanding of fundraising strategy, terminology and best practices. I have expert knowledge of DonorPerfect and MS Access. I also have experience with a wide variety of relational databases, as well as expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, I have prior experience with Salesforce and Raiser’s Edge.

• Experience in a Variety of Work Environments: In addition to my non-profit employment, I have worked in a wide range of industries and organizations (including performing arts, special education, large corporations, and small start-ups). In the past 20+ years, I’ve supported HR, accounting, marketing, communications, and labor relations groups, as well as high-level executives. My prior administrative experience has also given me an excellent understanding of how data is used and presented. I enjoy turning raw data into reports, charts and dashboards that are truly user-friendly.

• Creativity, Flexibility and Resourcefulness: I learn quickly, and am challenged and inspired when presented with a “problem.” I enjoy finding new ways to make improvements. I seek creative solutions, yet I also respect existing policies and culture. I strive to make improvements using new tools and resources without “reinventing the wheel.”
